The Giant’s Causeway is an amazing UNESCO heritage site that has to be seen to be believed. The spectacular interlocking basalt columns are the result of an ancient volcanic eruption in this area of Co Antrim 50 million years ago! According to legend, however, these columns are the remains of a causeway built by the Irish giant Fionna MacCumhaill (Finn MacCool). Growing up, we loved to hear this Giant’s causeway tale from Irish mythology.
To bring it from 50 million years ago into 2019 – we’ve given this digital printed image a multi-colour, pixelated touch to add a touch of our own contemporary design.
